This might be not my business but I feel like sharing

A) Linking to another site shouldn't be that restricted, I mean it's a free wild internet where people can pull out any link they want in few seconds, and if you really trust your members of being loyal to TEA, you shouldn't worry about that link which I kinda saw, a dead academy with very low count of members, leading into my next point.

B) When you wanna affiliate with someplace, you need to do it with a place that's having a similar activity or higher, never affiliate with a site that has less .activity than you do

C) I'm not sure if this's known to most people running sties but; an academy's staff is 1 active of each Admin, Teacher, Mod, and Event Manager.. if you don't have active ones then you should hire more that will fill the needs of each thing.

D) Recruiting is such an ugly word, so finding new members would be via asking people you know to ask other people they know to join and try testing the place to have fun.

E) @Neos, as I've seen from some posts here... you demote people on public .. that's not nice o.o and any other staff-related thing shouldn't be done in the public sections of the forum.. like that section you have for banalities it's really annoying and might be a reason to drove people away from here

F) Originality is needed, you need to create new things in everything in order to have  special academy, even if not active but it will be special. 

I don't know if this's all related to anything here, but I just felt like I should mention it to my dear friend-bro NeOs, I hope what I Said won't annoy you at any point... xDD
